About
I am Cornell T Garrett, PH, PMQ. I operated a fulltime school and clinic in Omaha, NE where I gained over 28 years of practical clinical experience specifically using Classical Chinese Health Science to guide people back to a state of health. I was introduced to ancient Chinese Culture and its vast wisdom 38 years ago when I was 16 and began my journey with Classical Chinese Martial Arts. Because my study of Classical Chinese Martial Arts was in depth and well rounded I was exposed to how ancient Chinese Culture viewed health and a balanced lifestyle. This knowledge eventually changed my world view and led me to leave my studies in western medicine to pursue, full time, the skills and timeless wisdom of the East. I have studied Classical Chinese Health Science with the Chu Mo Tang, Rocky Mountain Herbal Institute, Dr. C.S. Cheung, Richard Mooney, and countless seminars with various experts in the field of Chinese Health Science.

Classical Chinese Health Science
This system of Health Science dates back to over 5,000 years making it the oldest functional system of health care that has an unbroken history of practice. Although it has very ancient roots, it is practiced all over the world today maintaining much of its foundational approaches to helping humans balance their health. What makes it unique is not the herbs it uses for helping to aid the body in harmonizing itself, it is how it understands the various factors effecting human life and its impact on health using a very unique form of differential assessment that is expert in getting to the root cause of health disharmony.
Vision
My goal is to show and guide you to real and stable health. The principles of being healthy are simple. It is not hard to be healthy and feel good in your body if you know what to do. My purpose is to guide and teach you to harness the power of 5,000 years of research and development that has created Classical Chinese Health Sciences so you do not have to suffer anymore.
